Anchovy with Capers Drain a tin of anchovy fillets and finely chop the fillets. Mix the anchovy fillets with one crushed clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped capers, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley and some freshly ground black pepper. - Feta with green onion Crumble 100 g Greek feta cheese and mix it with one thinly sliced green onion and 2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano. - Tuna with Red Onion Drain one tin of tuna in olive oil and mix the tuna with one finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 2 tablespoons of capers, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. |
