Appetizer - about 20
Ingredients

• 1 tin mini frankfurters (about 20 drained weight 220g)
  
• 100 g of puff pastry
  
• 1 tbsp of smooth mustard plus more for serving
  

Instructions

1. Thoroughly drain the frankfurters and dry them with kitchen paper.
   
2. Cut the puff pastry into strips measuring 5 cm by 1.5 cm. 
   
3. Spread the strips with a thin layer of mustard.
   
4. preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
   
5. Cook in two batches.
   
6. wrap each sausage with the pastry. Put them into the Airfryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. 
   
7. Bake until golden brown.
   

Serving tip:
Serve on a platter with a small dish of mustard for dipping.
