Ratatouille

serves 4
Ingredients
  •     1         *  courgette of aubergine      
  •     2        *  yellow peppers   
  •     3        *  tomatoes    
  •     2        *  small onions    
  • 30 ml    *  garlic clove   
  •  2 tbsp  *   herbs de Provence
  •  1 tbsp   *   olive oil
  •  1 tbsp   *  vinegar salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1    Preheat the Airfryer to 200 degrees
2   Roughly cut the tomatoes, peppers, 
     onions, courgette and aubergine into 
     small 2 cm chunks. Crush the garlic. 
3    Place the vegetables into a bowl and 
      mix with the garlic and herbs. Add salt 
      and pepper to taste.

4   Stir in the olive oil and 
     vinegar.
5   Place the ingredients into an 

     oven proof dish into the 
     Airfyer and cook for 15 
     minutes. Stir once during 
     cooking.
6   Leave to cool in the Airfryer 

     for 3 to 4 minutes once 
     cooked.
