Hasselback potatoes

Ingredients
  • 18 medium sized Potatoes
  • olive oil  5 table spoons
  • butter  45g
  • salt and pepper 
Instructions
1   Cut potatoes thinly, almost all the way 
    through.
2   Sprinkle with Oil and butter.
3   Season to taste.
4   Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 
     minutes.

Handy tips:
This potato recipe is from Sweden. This recipe works well with new potatoes too. You can peel the potatoes but you don't have to.
