Honey roasted carrots

Serves four

Ingredients

• 3 cups of baby carrots or carrots cut into large chunks
  
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
  
• 1 tbsp Honey
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the carrots with the honey and the olive oil. 
   
2. Ensure carrots are well covered.
   
3. Season with salt and pepper.
   
4. Cook in the Airfryer on 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
   
5. Serve hot.
