Potato wedges

Ingredients
  • 350 grams Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Paprika to taste


Instructions
  1. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
  2. Soak the potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Pat dry the potato wedges with kitchen paper.
  4. Place the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil and a dash of paprika. Mix wedges to ensure an even coating of olive oil.
  5. Cook in a preheated Airfryer for 15 minutes on 180 degrees.
