Mini pizzas

Makes 8 mini pizzas
Ingredients

• 8 oz fresh pizza dough
  
• 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce with herbs - pizza topping
  
• 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  
• 4 oz mild Italian sausage, cooked and drained
  
• 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 

Instructions

1. Line silicon muffin cups with pizza dough.
   
2. In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the mixture into the silicon cups.
   
3. Cook for 10 minutes on 200 degrees.
   
4. Remove from cups, wait to cool and serve warm.
   

Handy tip:

• These delicious treats work with many different toppings so why not making them with your favourite toppings instead.
  
• Be careful, the filling is hot when they come straight from the oven.
