Air - baked eggs
1 Preheat the oven to 180
2 Line 4 ramekins with butter
3 In a frying pan on the stove, cook the spinach
until it has wilted. drain off any excess liquid.
4 Into each ramekin, place the spinach, ham, 1 egg,
1 tsp of milk, salt and pepper
5 Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your
preference for a runny yolk or not.
These are great for breakfast.
